Regulation
Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UK. However, Reignite Careers adheres to the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Code of Ethics to ensure professionalism and integrity in all client relationships.

Terms & Conditions

Owner: Reignite Careers operated by Katarzyna (Kat) Fiedorczyk. By booking or engaging in coaching services with Reignite Careers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Coaching Services
• Coaching is a collaborative process that supports self-discovery, goal-setting, and action planning.
• Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice and should not replace support from qualified professionals (e.g., doctors, mental health practitioners, financial or legal advisors).
• Clients are responsible for their own choices, actions, and outcomes during and after coaching.
2. Booking & Payment
• All coaching sessions must be booked in advance via website booking system.
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Packages must be paid in full before the first session, unless a payment plan has been agreed.
3.Cancellations & Rescheduling
• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
• If I (the coach) need to cancel or reschedule, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date.
4. Refunds
• Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.
• If a coaching package is cancelled part-way through, refunds for unused sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5.Confidentiality
• All information shared in coaching sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
• Notes taken during sessions are for the coach’s reference only and will be securely stored.
6.Professional Standards
• As Level 1 ACC certified coach, I adhere to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.
• This includes upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all coaching relationships.
• Coaching is a safe, non-judgmental space, and your trust is of the utmost importance.
7. Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in line with the Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.
8.Liability
• Coaching results are not guaranteed. You, as the client, are fully responsible for your own progress, decisions, and outcomes.
• Reignite Careers accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or costs incurred as a result of coaching.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
