Meet Kat,
founder of Reignite Careers

I'm a senior corporate leader, qualified coach, author and mum, with 18 years of experience across operational and corporate environments.

I've built my career from the ground up, progressing into senior leadership at a global organisation. I've led international, multimillion-dollar programmes, managed teams and worked with senior stakeholders in demanding, fast-paced environments.

Throughout my career, I've recruited, developed and promoted people, supporting them through different stages of their careers and lives.

Becoming a mum and navigating my own return to work gave me a different perspective — this time as an employee, not just a leader.

I founded Reignite Careers to bring these experiences together, helping organisations better support returning employees, equip managers and retain experienced talent.

Why Reignite?

We believe returning to work should be better for employees, managers and organisations alike.

Reignite combines real corporate leadership experience, professional coaching and practical workplace solutions to help organisations support their people and retain experienced talent.

18 years inside business

From frontline operations to global programs, bringing first-hand experience of managing people, competing priorities and organisational change.

Both sides of the experience

I've recruited, developed and supported employees through different life stages — and experienced returning to work as a parent myself.

More than employee coaching

We support returning employees, equip their managers and work with HR teams to improve the experience across the organisation.

Built for real workplaces

Practical programmes, manager tools and measurable feedback, designed around the realities of running a business — not just what looks good on paper.

Our mission: To empower employees to return with confidence, equip managers to lead with clarity and help organisations retain experienced talent.

Our vision: A world of work where career breaks don't hold people back, returning employees feel valued and supported, and organisations see retaining experienced talent as a priority.
